Just finished “reading deprivation week”, which I interpreted as a full media blackout. No social media, news, TV, podcasts for 7 days. What a fucking week for it. I would recommend this to anyone. Artistic projects are coming together, but also small community anti-fascist work feels more do-able, less functional freeze.

I somehow realized during week 6 that this is a 12 week program and not an 8 week program. It’s been quite a slog since then. I continue to trudge through with less enthusiasm. It’s still very life altering and useful but in a way that at times gets in the way of the rest of my hobbies. I’m somewhat assured that all of these feelings are part of the process.
