I’m struggling so hard. This book is beyond triggering. Every page I have to stop as it’s rage baiting me.
When someone else’s past became my present. When my experience was trumped by their past assumptions, I’d find myself in a vortex of pain. It felt like this was weaponized. I’m reading this to understand more. Suspending judgement by leading with curiosity- but I can’t get past the author’s note.
