Actually yes! I think it's helpful, like the tasks are helpful but the explanation behind the why helps convince u to give it a try

It really breaks down why some strategies don't work for ADHD and why some do

Ex. Have u make it visible and change it up. Ex. A white board to note down what u have to do but you have to always change up the colour or design otherwise it becomes background noise and u stop noticing it
