I really liked the mystery part of story about dad murdered. I think Phoenix killed cuz of him looking into same info his dad did before he died. Phoenix maybe even killed by same guy, night fox?

Gage tell her he loves her, she loves him too. Gage brings her to his bedroom in main house/mansion. She falls asleep, he go into hall & feel something not right. He see light on in dad’s office, he runs to it, open door, see Phoenix slump in chair w/bullet in head.

She changed his life, he saved hers. He give her diamond necklace w/ruby pendant like panic button pendant from cabin 1. Diamond necklace has panic button too, he’ll always b there 4 her. He give her another gift, box of dirt? it’s seeds to red maple tree so she have all red leaves she wants (OMG!!! Sooo sweet!)
