Some of the takes are quite controversial. This makes me want to look into the data more and the particular studies mentioned, but Levitt was able to make it sound convincing enough (and plus my own laziness) to just believe his story.

Very interesting approach to current events. 1970s Roe v Wade and the steep decline in crime in the 1990s is a correlation that is hard to see but makes much sense with hindsight bias.
