I'm pretty sure Lauren Roberts like lowkey copied red queen (coming from someone who hasen't read red queen but my bsf who has keeps telling me that's why she hates Lauren Roberts 😭)

yeaa lol thats why i started it cus i wanted to see the similarities and there def is a lot

yeah cause red queen came out about a decade or so years before powerless so lauren roberts definitely copied a hell of a lot (i read powerless last year and im currently reading red queen)

Lauren used red Queen as a “reference” for powerless along with a few other novels. She did lowkey basically copy it, but I still enjoyed it. Definitely like Red Queen a lot more (probably because it came out first)
