INCITING INCIDENT: The inciting incident in Miles Morales is when he gets bit by a radioactive spider and becomes the second spiderman. On Pg. 16 it says " spiders. Genetically mutated, chemically enhanced spiders....emerged a spider, one that crawled up his leg and onto his arm and bit his hand sending a sizzle down his fingertips and turning him into Spiderman." He was Spiderman and would never be normal again.
