-Naz & Rojan make it to DC. Shadowless are forming packs and roaming together. They meet others and join them
-TOHG & Hemu are talking about the spice market where he was picked up and he can’t remember it then suddenly the news comes in that the spice market disappeared
-Max admitted that she had wished her shadow would disappear long before they knew the consequences
-Ory tricked while looking for Max in DC

Lady Liberty comes alive and destroys NYC

-Naz
- [ ] Max: speaking to the recorder. Recounts the day her shadow disappeared. She saw it move on its own just before it disappeared!
- [ ] Random thought: the people Ory met were traveling to New Orleans. We learn that there had been a patient with amnesia from an accident in New Orleans that was brought to India to be studied alongside the first shadowless man. I wonder if these things are somehow related?

Ory & Max
The Forgetting. When your shadow disappears you start to forget things - basic & complex. Changes the world around them
- [ ] They’re out of food so he has to travel to town to try to find some
- [ ] Something metal hits him in the back of the head on the way home & knocks him out. Steals his pack.
- [ ] Finally makes it home and Max is gone!
