It was losing me a bit before it got to Michael’s perspective. Cleared a lot of things up and picked up the pace, which I needed. The inner monologue of these two characters are vastly different, almost cartoonishly so. I wish there was a little more lead in to their relationship from Ellis’ perspective, seems to be the more complex of the two sides of that experience.
