Book three:Jace has gone to college, so now there's a new cast of characters to try and cause trouble between them. Pepper's overdone the training, and is now injured. This really is becoming hard to keep reading through-every cliche that could have been thrown in has been, and then some more for good measure.

Crazy girl...can Jace really be that fantastic that he causes such extreme behaviour? Not a lot of running in this one as Pepper's injured. Not much to say really.

Pepper is quite likeable, though her cluelessness about her appeal to Jace is going to get wearing if it is a constant thing. Pretty typical teen high school stuff so far. Get the feeling there's more to one or two of these characters than we're being given at the moment.
