Just so you know, borstch is Ukrainian national food, not russian. I’ve waited for this book for a fucking year just to read how our national marker (which is protected by unesco btw) gets stolen AGAIN. It’s been almost 4 years since full-scale invasion, I think it’s extremely important to tell people where borscht from.
