I'm almost done, true, but it feels like eternity passed by! I hope to be done with it soon. I have mixed feelings about it! The Demon Slayer manga doesn't let me breathe, though, so it's fine! ;)

HAHA oh noooo... hopefully the end of this book picks up a bit and flies by!! glad you're enjoying Demon Slayer though, i've heard such good things about that collection 🤩 enjoy!!

Demon Slayer is emotionally devastating, I love it so much! Ironbound on the other hand... It could have been something truly great, but there's no emotional impact, so I couldn't enjoy reading it as much as I wanted to 😣

Hey buddy 😚 you commented on the last book I've finished reading. I tried to reply to your comment but goodreads wouldn't let me 😭. King of scars was pretty average until the final 100 pages. A 4 stars rating was for one and only nikolai 😭 i started grisha verse by reading the first trilogy but till the last book i was trying so hard not to drop it 😭 but six of crows? Rule of wolves??? I LOVED them. By the way thanks for always checking on your friends. I absolutely appreciate it 🎀🎀

No worries! I'm glad that you replied! I agree with you about the Grisha trilogy, I also wasn't impressed by it :D But I liked some of the characters (like Nikolai and Zoya, for example) so I decided to read the next books. Six of Crows duology swept me away, it was so good! I love the Crows with all my heart, and I am anticipating the premiere of the next book :) Nikolai's duology, though, I have mixed feelings about it, just like you. I loved Nikolai and Zoya and the others, but the story of book one wasn't great. Book two however was excellent, I loved it so much, just like you! ☺️

What do you think of a readathon??? Have you read throne of glass series? ^^

A readathon? I heard about it for the very first time, actually! It's like a reading marathon? Yes? What are the rules for it? I read only the first book of the Throne of Glass series, a while ago, and I wasn't impressed, I'm deeply sorry. I don't understand the concept of bunch of killers having a competition to become a king's guard (where is the logic?) and a young woman being the best of all (again, where is the logic?). But I heard that's a very popular series, I'm glad that people like it!

There is no specific rules. It’s something that commonly happens between friends. We can give it a try too 😚 about throne of glass, it's highly recommended to give some time to the author. I've heard the real plot starts in the third book, so i guess it's worth the try?! There is no logic in fantasy books dear 😂

Even fantasy books should have logic, c'mon. About the Throne of Glass series, I don't think I will ever give another chance to this series and this author in general. I was disappointed twice, I think it's enough. The readathon feels like a great idea, maybe we will try it some time :)
