Ashish Iyer How is it going? I am sure there are some problematic parts he wrote, we may not agree with it and Savarkarji may have realised it afterward.

Bhawna Sharma Did he mention this in any of his later books? He must have thought about it though after Moplah. He wrote this book before he went to Kalapani, his thinking changed after that. This one was written with the intention to unite all against Britishers, lot of information to process. It differs from what we read in school. Here it feels like a chain reaction, revolts happening all over India and Britishers were losing.I am yet to read how and why it failed as britishers did not leave until 1947.

Ashish Iyer Didn't he wrote this book in London? I think i read about it Savarkar book by Vikram Sampath. He realised his mistake in Transportation for life and Hindutva book. Even though 1857 was a brilliant book. He was probably the first one to write on it. He wanted to motivate Indians to rebel against the Raj.
