I’m in the part of applying checklists and not making them lengthy. Checklists are not always supposed to be a list to make people dumb and follow one by one but use exact wording with intent on how to proceed with completing a process. Also, checklists should be around 5-9 steps and not exceed a few minutes to review when doing something in real time. This helps drive engagement and buy-in from others.

Really good, so far it’s talking about how checklists can become very powerful for any process. This can be applied to anything and helps drive consistency. With something that can take a small amount of time in one area of the process, it can help save and prepare for later parts within a process.
