Disclaimer: There are a few tough-to-read parts involving animals. Around 40% in on Kindle (when she visits the butcher shop) — I’d skip that chapter if you’re animal-sensitive. Also skip Chapter 3 of “The Secret Ingredient” when her husband wants to learn about butchering. Definitely a pass on that one!
