Ooh I want to know what you think of this!

It’s not one I would normally go for but was an excellent accounting of the costs of and failures that led to the challenger disaster. I hardly knew anything about it going in but I devoured the titan submarine docs and this (sadly) scratches some of the same itch. Much sadder but the lesson (I took away) is still capitalism and greed will fail us. Very well written.
