Yeah, so very brief summary without giving too much away. Duckworth defines 'Grit' as perseverance and passion in a particular field that allows individuals to achieve goals that seem impossible. She studies high-achieving individuals and discusses what makes them gritty, concluding that it's more than just talent; it's deliberate practice, discipline, purpose, culture, and much more. Drawing on psychology, personal experience, and research, she presents a holistic and comprehensive look at grit.

To me, the book was motivating as well as insightful. That said, I recommend it!
