I genuinely don't know why I enjoy 1600s puritan/settler/witch hunt era books so much. These are always a hit with me. Maybe its because their life is so simple.... until its not.. At this point, Sarah is illegally living with her relatives while she is supposed to be at home quarantined because of smallpox. This cannot end well and I don't expect it to.
