Not related to this part of the book but I’m noting the similarities between some of the kids. Serena and Nicole are both swimmers with singing lessons, so siren/mermaids? Cory is big, great at wrestling like Daniel and gets headaches? So maybe he is like Daniel or he could be something else I’m not thinking of. Idk Hayley’s deal tho
