To use the example of forgotten New Zealand to explain why we landed on a dominant shape of world maps and how it could be different, is a crafty move. Pretty sure as someone who doesn't know the YouTube channel, the styke would dribe me crazy while reading it. Fortunately my husband reads it to me, that's more enjoyable.

This chapter, on the other hand, was an absolute joy.

Never ever would I have the patience to read this part without skipping, but listening to my husband reading out loud makes it durable. Maybe they thought the absurdity alone is enogh to make it funny, but it's pretty boring.

In this past chapter the humour became too slapstick-y for my taste and had nothing to do with the theme. My husband skimmed through this part in silence till the story got back on track so I wouldn't get too annoyed. Best "audiobook" feature xd

Definetely better makkng my husband read it out loud to me than reading it myself. Humour would get on my nerves way faster for sure.
