From a writing standpoint it’s not exceptional. I didn’t expect it to be but still it’s an extremely easy read. From an information standpoint it’s fine. The middle daughters are not mentioned and it’s very anticlimactic. She also doesn’t really mention why she still feels this affection for her mother. You’re kind of just expected to go along with it.
