Coming from someone not born and raised in the area and therefore not born loving this stuff I was interested to find out where it came from, why it is so addictive, and if I really have been eating it wrong all along. So far I can say yes, I have been eating it wrong since I am not Italian and twirl my chili instead of cutting it. Oops!
