The one thing I've alwats hated about this series is that the women have no choice. I wish the author would of made it so that the men have to win the women over and get them to agree to be lifemates.

After he claimed her when she didnt want it soured the whole mood for me. Struggling to get back into it. I know this series was started so long ago do the author cant change the rules now. But it would have been great for the guys to evolve a bit. Know they know they are lifemate to modern women to offer some concessions for them to better adapt to their new life. Give them time to get to know them before claiming
