This was my first introduction into the series. I thought that the characters were charming, but I would’ve loved to have seen Lila and Elena come to a resolve. Where does their resentment come from? (I also know that there are other books to read in the series)I enjoyed Lila’s sleuthing and ability to fish info out of folks. The book felt a bit long in some parts and rushed in others, but it was not a bad read!
