I am trying not to delve in too deep into other reviews right now, making sure I have my own thoughts separate but I will say early, given a similar cast of characters being introduced, it still has a stronger start (and a little less annoying characters) than The Staircase in the Woods

I hate those type of characters like Hannah, reminds me of Lore from Staircase in the Woods. The ‘pick me alt girl’ stereotype… and as someone who was an alt girl not so much now but still I really find this a cliché I do not appreciate
