Finally hit a stride on this. The chapter on getting on the right headspace were necessary but a slog. Much easier to read not that I'm in the section that is actively giving instructions on heo to potty train.

I have a goal of reading 25 pages a day and with informational books like this I struggle to read that goal as opposed to reading close to 100 when I'm reading a novel.
