This book took a turn! Yikes!
I am really looking forward to finishing this book.
Also, I adored how the house was named Mayr place and that the guy there was named Ketchum, an obvious nod towards fellow horror author Jack Ketchum by Laymon. Love to see it!
Another thing, I've never seen a book character that showers as much as Jane. She's god's gift to the soap compaines

This book is a ton of fun and quickly becoming one one of my favorite Laymon books. I think Jane is the highlight of the book and how all of it is from her POV really makes this interesting.
Also, a ton of references to The Beast House series, and I don't mind seeing that at all!

This novel is like most Laymon books, a ton of fun, fast paced, sleazy as all hell and always a blast.
Due to the last two books I read not being that great, having something dumb and fun like this really makes me want to pick up the pace of my reading so I can experience more books!
