Almost done, Each chapter is a different topic, like how to handle depression. It's a worthwhile book to read. Helpful, uplifting. I think it gives hope, and that helps with depression alone. Best to read just one chapter without break then meditate on what you have read then before putting the book down or moving on to the next chapter.
