His killer coolly pumped three bullets into him before shooting this alsatian guard dog, then escaping on a yellow mountain bike. The killing is thought to be the work of a British "hit man" sent by a rival drug baron.

Last week the jury rejected psychiatric evidence that portrayed Sirhan as a psychotic mentally incapable of premeditated murder. Sirhan claims to have shot Kennedy to bring attention to the plight of the Palestinian Arabs.
