Letting a stranger give you a sponge bath is weird...and kind of insulting he was saying she's dirty! He kind of seems like a figment of her imagination. Like when Logan went to look for him he was gone or when she was talking to him in front of the doctor and he ignores him and asks her if her head is okay. Bizarre

It's pretty obvious he hit her as well...maybe he hit her then ran into a tree and died and she's seeing his spirit!...highly doubt it but that's a great story idea
