This book has taken me forever to get into. Maybe it’s starting to get interesting? The dynamic is a bit weird and took me a little bit to understand. Basically he was supposed to kill her but has decided to keep her alive for at least awhile? (Gosh that sounds horrible.) and he’s hiding her from his superior?
