wow I have a lot of thoughts on this book - first of all it is not your fault if some awful uncontrollable event happens to you, to victim blame and say you are attracting every bad thing that’s ever happen to you is CRAZY. Second - do not read this book if you have ocd, you are NOT your thoughts, thoughts are just thoughts, and this book does not apply to you - not worth the read
