I hate doing this but this was a dnf for me.
I wanted more substance to this murder plot but it just…isn’t there. I don’t mind the smut but it just is a lot. I love X, he cracks me up but -sigh- I feel like this book continues the insecurities that should honestly drop away with Violet that are obviously still there.
I don’t know. I wanted to love this but it’s not it for me.
