The books I started this year seemed to have lost their momentum. Time and motivation have gotten away from me and I’ve grown slightly bored with them. I don’t want to DNF though so now I’m in a bit of a pickle.

never be afraid to dnf. finishing a book that doesn't hold your attention is just a waste of time. you could be starting a new book that DOES interest you.
