I really like the study that goes into Meik’s books, but they are very Eurocentric in what people can do to create happiness. Makes sense b/c he is based in Denmark & as far as I know only visits other countries for business. So some of his suggestions to create happiness do not translate. Like biking to work. I live in Arizona. Biking to work = happiness. But bike commutes in this heat will not lead to happiness
