I feel like the editing stopped around the 70% mark which is super confusing. Weird skips and confusing sentences with what i think are mixed up POVs.

Still having a lot of fun but forever longing for publishers to hire enough editors and pay them a damn living wage!!!!

I simply cannot wrap my head around choosing to live like this. Manipulating every second of your life for the plot. I’m glad the book doesn’t shut away from how messed up it is—and how it messes up the people involved too.

Wow his family is horrible and i hate them and even if they started good i find it impossible to believe that selling their stories for so long hasn’t fundamentally changed them (and not for the better). 🤷🏻‍♀️

I like the MCs’ chemistry and honesty though. Especially after my last read.
