Interesting!!!!

It’s a good read girl! It’s v balanced research so doesn’t conclude for or against.,I deffo can see why it benefits people but I’m also worry sm for impacts on self esteem, body image etc if not used with caution. I haven’t finished yet but man it’s an interesting read for sure!
