Rachel is such a funny author. She's able to make something so heartbreaking, so comforting. My favourite lines have been "Sometimes I think: he could see things coming that I couldn't." and "...a small child on a scooter shrieks at me: "A WOMAN!" In case, I guess, I'd forgotten."
