Beautiful pictures, thick glossy paper. Lots of care when into the production of this book. One thing I love better than reading a thick book is seeing the passion on the contents displayed see decadently. Also, I love that I can scan QR codes to pull up recipe video because I hate getting my cookbooks dirty while using to cook. I need a good stand!
