Ugh, little inaccuracies or continuity errors can definitely add up. I had my eye on this one too. How's the writing overall?

It has potential, but the writing's not quite smooth yet. The development and/or pacing feel slightly discordant with how the characters begin. I don't want to dnf so it's not bad, just not amazing, but there are moments that are very good.
All good to know! I definitely take when it's a debut into consideration. Glad it's not DNF-worthy at least!
Oh yeah, I’d read more by the author too. It’s a good debut.
