It is disappointing that in a book that claims to offer an antidote to unbiblical teaching about men and women, there is very little engagement with the key biblical texts that address just those matters.

The woman's nursery duty is valued. The woman's service in VBS is valued. Is her theological contribution valued? 🤔

Many commentators downplay the significance of the book of Ruth by calling it a love story between Boaz and Ruth. But it is a love story of a different kind. It is hesed love of God to his people. 😍💌

Women aren't left out. They aren't ignored; they are heard. They are more than heard; they contribute. 😍😍😍

Whenever a strong woman is portrayed in Scripture, teaching or leading a man in any salient way, the popular explanation is often that God is making a point that there were no good men at the time. The argumen never holds thraction, as we all know God can use Balaam's ass (Num 22:21-41) if he chooses. 😲🤔😍

...teachings that men are specifically given a task from God and that women serve God through supporting a man's mission, rather than men and women jointly serving in God's mission to humankind.

...as we see in the ESV Men's Devotional Bible, men benefit from receiving only male contributions, whereas women benefit from having a version where women can help teach us to relate to God's Word. 🤔🙋‍♀️❓good or bad ???...God's Word is so male-centered that women need to create our own resources to help us relate to it?????
