Nervous but also this book is so slow im like not even excited

Like i hate to harp on the writing style but like a character would say something then the main character would repeat it in her inner monologue and be like “yes yes i am going there after” like maam u dont gotta hold my hand through this

The writing is not good but like the story has potential
