I've been thinking about rereading this, one of my all-time favourite pieces. But may opt for a classic/conventional translation.

I very much like this piece too!

The nice thing about the copy I got from the library this time is that it has the original Middle English on the left facing pages and Armitage's translation on the right facing pages. I can't recall if that was the case the first time I read it? But I'm really enjoying having the original Middle English to refer to!
