This book has mobilized me so much more in the latter half compared to the former. I’m not sure why but the first half felt incredibly repetitive. Once we round the halfway mark it feels like the author finally gives us something to do with the bleak reality of capitalism

When does this become something beyond an essay making the same point in every paragraph

Upon reading the introduction I realize now how ironic it is that I steadfastly prioritized reading this at the dawn of a new year lol
