There is a lot of action happening right now, and there is suspense in almost every chapter that makes me want to just keep reading. My prediction is that Conner will choose his prince and change his mind because he wants to back out of his plan after realizing the possible consequences. "'The more confident he is, if he authored these pages, that overconfidence will guide him to expose himself'" (Nielson 144).

The False Prince was a book I was skeptical about reading, but I can't put it down. The suspense has me on the edge of my seat. I have enjoyed the pace of this book and the storyline. My prediction is that one of the boys will do something to anger Connor and he will figure out a way to get rid of them. "'If Connor puts you in, then he can take you out," (Nielsen 100).

Hi Emily! I am glad this book is keeping you on your toes! Has the suspense been building up? This reminds me of when I read The Selection series because there were similar characters who were overconfident in their decisions.
