So much better than the last self-help/intro book I read (the terrible EDS one I DNF’d). This is actually useful and good info and like, no woowoo shit. And don’t get me wrong, I’m heathen. But there’s heathen magic, witch magic, etc. and then there’s woowoo. This doesn’t have any of that unsubstantiated colloidal silver claims BS. Also adding Ethical Slut to the top of my TBR after this one.
