Interesting to me because it discusses some of the work that my female relatives from the 1600s participated in. It's so cool to see books that feature medicinal recipes written down by my 8th, 9th, or 10th great grand aunts! In their own hand! The book is educational and well written. I could see this being a particularly interesting book to a female nurse, or female physician, too.
