Something about this book is off. Mostly the way he uses black culture as a reference point in IMO not the best way. It feels very token and odd. The use of rap lyrics at the beginning of chapters is straight up weird and random adding nothing but letting us know he listens to Gucci Mane?? And it needed to be one that uses such negative language?
