on my second, possibly third reread. Albeit it's been years since I read this book, it's my favorite one out of the entire series and the show has stayed true to the book so far! The first and second season of Bridgerton deviated heavily from the original plot. UGH the second part of season four cannot come fast enough !!

Season one and two are VERY different from the book. But season four is staying truer to the book so far. but overall I would still recommend the books. they are a fun read
