My favorite part of this book so far is the social strategy, the careful choices and predictions on how others will respond. It feels like an intricate game when its core is just basic communication. This book doesn't have any of what made me like the first one so much, and yet, I'm starting to appreciate the stark contrast between the nitty-gritty of the first book and the messy bureaucracy behind it in the second.
